The marvellous manor house, located in a quiet and panoramic area, consists of a flat and an independent triple room, guaranteeing maximum privacy and the possibility of hosting groups of friends or large families.
Guests can enjoy the comfort of a reserved car park within the property, thus avoiding the stressful search for a parking space. In addition, the splendid garden surrounded by greenery features a magnificent 9x5-metre above-ground swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days and admiring the breathtaking scenery of the city of Arezzo.
The meticulously landscaped garden offers a variety of nooks and crannies that make the panorama unique, with the added bonus of an excellent view of the valley below. You can enjoy your dinner on the panoramic open-air terrace with the possibility of using the barbecue available, or stay inside the flat finely furnished and equipped with every comfort.

There is also the opportunity to taste the best local products, such as the renowned Chianina meat and the famous Chianti red wine.
